Your Wallet has three balances, and each has its own rules.
Your three balances
- Task earnings: rewards for approved tasks, plus any welcome bonus. You can withdraw from GH₵ 50.00, and they're paid monthly, on the 5th.
- Referral earnings: bonuses for friends you invited. You can withdraw once they reach GH₵ 168.00, and they're paid monthly, on the 28th.
- Chain earnings: bonuses from people your friends invited. They're paid out together with your referral earnings, but they don't count towards the referral minimum.
Your first earnings: for 24 hours after your first task is approved, you can withdraw what you earned from tasks from just GH₵ 5.00, welcome bonus included.
Withdrawing
- Open Wallet. The first time, add your Mobile Money number (see your MoMo number).
- In the box for task earnings or referral earnings, type how much you want and press Withdraw to MoMo.
- The money is set aside straight away, so it can't be spent twice.
- Follow it on your Wallet: Requested → Approved → Sending → Paid. When it's paid, we email you the payment reference.
- A GH₵ 1.00 Mobile Money transfer fee comes off each withdrawal, to pay for sending it. The Wallet shows exactly what you'll receive before you confirm.
- You can have one withdrawal of each kind in progress at a time.
- When you take money from referral earnings, chain earnings are used first, so your own referral bonuses count towards next time.
- If we can't send a withdrawal (for example, the MoMo name doesn't match), the full amount goes back to your wallet and we email you why.
Money “on hold”
Referral and chain bonuses are available straight away once they're earned. If something about a sign-up needs a look, the bonus is held until our team has checked it. Your Wallet says so when that's the case.
Closing your account
Email support@fairfieldgh.com to close your account. We pay out your available balance to your MoMo number, even if it's below the minimum.
