Before you ask us
Do testers need a special invite to my app?
Any link that opens for the public works: a website, a web app or a Play Store or App Store listing. We don't share members' email addresses, so builds that need a personal invitation won't work.
Can I see what they saw?
Yes. Ask for up to 3 screenshots per tester and they come with each response. For a physical product, ask for photos or a short video instead.
How do I know they really tried it?
Every response is read by our team before it's approved, the results show whether each tester opened your link, and answers given too fast to be honest are flagged for a closer look.
Can testers be people like my customers?
Tell us who you need when you request the job. Ask about their phone, town and habits in your questions too, so you can filter the results by the people who matter most.
Is my unreleased product kept private?
Your results are yours and we don't resell them. Bear in mind that testers are members of the public, so don't send anything you'd be unhappy for them to see.
