Fairfield connects businesses that need real answers from Ghana with people across the country who earn by giving them. We're run by Fairfield Solutions, Accra, Ghana.
What we do
For businesses and researchers
Organisations pay us to collect honest answers and evidence from real people in Ghana: online surveys, product and app testing, price checks and photos at shops, field visits, voice recordings, translation and data labelling. They pay per approved response, and receive a spreadsheet, the photos and recordings, and a report.
How it works for businesses →For members
Anyone in Ghana can join free. Members choose tasks, do them carefully, and earn a fixed reward in cedis for each one our team approves, paid to their own Mobile Money wallet (MTN MoMo, Telecel Cash or AT Money). They can also earn a bonus when friends they invite complete approved work.

Joining costs nothing, and we never ask members to pay to receive work. Anyone who asks for money in our name is not us.
Paid for by clients
Every reward and bonus is paid from what clients pay us for their research. Work only opens once the client has paid.
Checked by people
Our team reviews every response before it's paid for. Rushed, copied or careless work is turned down.
One person, one account
Each member has one account and one Mobile Money number, so results come from real, different people.
