Surveys

People visit your shops, sites or billboards, check in by GPS, take photos and answer your questions. You see how far from the site each check-in was.

Questions
Before you ask us
Is the sample representative of Ghana?
Not automatically, and we won't pretend otherwise. Fairfield members are people who chose to join, so it's an opt-in panel, not a random sample. Ask about region, age and anything else that matters to you, then weight or filter the results. Tell us who you need and we'll say honestly whether we can reach them.
Can I use it for my thesis or university project?
Yes. Students and researchers can run surveys like anyone else. If your ethics board needs a consent statement, put it at the start of your questions; members read it and choose whether to take part.
How fast will I get answers?
A short survey often fills within a day or two of opening. Field visits and longer jobs take longer. We'll tell you what's realistic before you pay.
Can one person answer twice?
No. One member, one response per job. A new round of the same survey also leaves out everyone who answered an earlier round.
Who sees the answers?
You, and our reviewers while they check them. Responses come with an anonymous ID instead of names, emails or phone numbers, and we don't resell your results.
