What every answer goes through
Some run on every job; others come with the kind of job you choose.
A person reads every response
Nothing is approved by a machine alone. Our reviewers open each answer, photo and recording, and reject anything rushed, copied or off-topic.
Attention checks
Add a question only a careful reader gets right. Anyone who picks the wrong answer is turned away automatically, and you aren't charged.
Too fast to be honest
We work out how long your actual questions take to read and answer. Anything quicker is flagged for our reviewers to look at closely.
One answer per person
Each member can answer a job once. Run it again later and the new round leaves out everyone who answered before.
GPS check-ins
On field visits, people check in at your site on their phone. Your results show how far from the site each check-in was.
Did they open your link?
For app and website tests, the results show whether each tester actually opened the link you gave.
Agreement scores
Ask two or three people per item and you get the winning label and how many agreed, so doubtful items stand out.
Real people, one account each
Members confirm their email and are paid to Mobile Money. We watch for duplicate accounts, repeated rushing and Mobile Money names that don't match.

Privacy
Good data, without the personal details
- Anonymous by default. Each response carries a random ID, not the person's name, email or phone number.
- Recordings are agreed to. A photo, video or voice job says so clearly, and members choose whether to take it.
- Yours, not resold. Your results are yours. We don't sell them or show them to anyone else.
- Cleared on request. Once you've downloaded your results, we can delete the responses and files from our side.

Before you ask us
Do I pay for answers you reject?
No. You pay only for approved responses. If a job doesn't fill, the unused part of your payment is refunded.
What if a poor answer still gets through?
Tell us. We'll look at it, and if it should have been rejected, we'll re-run those places at no cost.
Can I see who answered?
You see an anonymous ID per person, the same across one job, never a name, email or phone number. That keeps members safe and keeps you clear of personal data you don't need.
How do you stop people making many accounts?
One account per person is a rule members agree to. Our team looks into shared networks, accounts that rush or get rejected a lot, and Mobile Money names that don't match the account. Accounts that break the rules can be suspended or closed, and anything earned by cheating is taken back.
