From question to answers in four steps
Request it and see your price
Create a free account, choose Host a campaign and pick what you need. Standard jobs are priced on the spot; anything else, we price within a working day.
Pay once by Mobile Money
Pay with MTN MoMo using the reference you're given, and we email your receipt. Work starts only after payment, so members are never left unpaid.
Build it, we check it, it opens
Write your questions or add your sentences and pictures in your account. We check it's clear and fair, then it opens to our members across Ghana.
You get the results
A spreadsheet of every answer, plus the photos, videos and recordings, and a tidy PDF report you can pass on. Usually within days.
Quality
Why these answers are worth having
Cheap data is easy to buy and hard to trust. Here's what we do so you can act on what you get.
Every response is checked by hand
Our reviewers open each answer before it's paid for. Rushed, copied or off-topic work is rejected, and rejected work costs you nothing.
Real members, not bots
Each member signs up with a confirmed email address and is paid in cedis to their own Mobile Money number. We watch for duplicate accounts and unusual patterns.
Proof from the field
For shop and site visits, members check in at the location on their phone. You see how far from the site each check-in was, with the photos.
Nobody answers twice
One member, one response per job. Need fresh opinions later? A second round automatically leaves out everyone who took part the first time.
Pricing
You pay per approved response
No subscription, no setup fee, no minimum contract. One price per response, agreed before anything starts.

- Set with you. A short survey pays a little; a shop visit across town pays more, because it should.
- Our service fee
- A percentage on top, agreed in your quote. It covers reviewing every response, support, and running the platform.
- Rejected work
- Free. You're charged only for responses our reviewers approve.
- More people later
- Pay for another round whenever you want, at the same rate.
Your work, and other people's privacy
- Your questions stay yours. We don't resell your results or show them to anyone else.
- Answers come without names. Each response carries a random reference, not the person's name, email or phone number, so you get the data without the personal details.
- Recordings are different. A video or voice clip may show a face or a voice. We tell members clearly before they record, and they choose whether to take the job.
- We clear up afterwards. Once you've downloaded your results, we can delete the responses and files from our side on request.
We follow Ghana's Data Protection Act, 2012 (Act 843). See our privacy policy and our terms for clients, which cover payment, delivery and refunds.

Before you ask us
How fast can I get answers?
Small jobs often fill within a day or two of opening. Field visits and longer recordings take longer. We'll tell you what's realistic before you pay.
How many people can answer?
You choose. Ten opinions for a quick check, or several hundred for something you'll act on. If a job fills quickly, we can open more places.
Which languages can you cover?
English, plus Twi, Fante, Ga, Ewe, Dagbani, Hausa and others, for both translation and voice recordings. Tell us the language and we'll tell you if we can fill it.
What do I actually receive?
A spreadsheet with one row per response, links to every photo, video or recording, and a PDF report. Everything is yours to use.
What if the answers are poor?
We reject weak work before you see it, and you aren't charged for it. If something still slips through, tell us and we'll re-run those places.
Who writes the questions?
You do, in your account, after paying: you know best what you need. We check everything before it opens and send it back with notes if a question is confusing or won't get useful answers. Field visits we set up with you.
