The short version
- ✓Fairfield is free to join. We will never ask you to pay to join, to activate your account or to get work. A GH₵ 1.00 Mobile Money transfer fee comes off each withdrawal.
- ✓You must be 18 or older, live in Ghana, and have only one account.
- ✓You earn by completing genuine tasks for our clients. Each task is reviewed, and you're paid when it's approved.
- ✓Referral bonuses (currently up to GH₵ 1.00, depending on whether you and your friend used a promo code) are paid when a friend you invite completes 1 approved task.
- ✓Withdrawals go to a Mobile Money account in your own name. Task earnings can be withdrawn from GH₵ 50.00 and are paid monthly, on the 5th; referral earnings from GH₵ 168.00, paid monthly, on the 28th.
- ✓Cheating (fake accounts, fake answers, self-referrals) leads to lost earnings and a closed account.

01About these terms
Fairfield is run by Fairfield Solutions, a business registered in Ghana (registration number BN360501026), based in Accra, Ghana. In these terms, “we”, “us” and “our” mean that business, and “you” means the person using Fairfield.
By creating an account you agree to these terms and to our privacy policy, which explains how we handle your personal information. If you don't agree, please don't use Fairfield.
02Who can join
- You must be at least 18 years old and live in Ghana.
- You may have only one account. Accounts are personal and can't be shared, sold or transferred.
- The details you give us, including your name, must be true and your own.
- You're responsible for keeping your email account secure, because we send your sign-in codes there. Never share a sign-in code with anyone. Our staff will never ask for it.
03Joining is free
Fairfield never charges members. You don't buy a coupon, pay an activation fee or pay to unlock tasks or withdrawals. The money we pay you comes from businesses and organisations that pay us to have work done.
If anyone asks you to pay money to join or earn on Fairfield, it isn't us. Please report it to support@fairfieldgh.com.
04How tasks work
- Tasks are ordered by our clients. How many are available, and who can take them, depends on client demand, so we can't promise any amount of work or income.
- Each task shows its reward, instructions, estimated time and number of spots. Spots are first come, first served, and you can complete each task only once.
- Some tasks are shown before they open, with the date and time they open, and some are only for certain members (for example, those who have added a promo code). These are marked with a lock, and you can start them only once they open and if they're for you.
- We review every submission against the task's instructions and approve or reject it. If we reject it, we tell you why. Our decision is final, but if you think we made a mistake, contact us and we'll look again.
- Some tasks include an attention-check question to make sure people are reading carefully. Choosing the wrong answer means the submission is rejected automatically.
- We record how long you spend on a task, to help spot rushed or automated answers.
05Earnings and your wallet
- When a task is approved, its reward is added to your Fairfield wallet in Ghana cedis (GH₵).
- Some credits, such as referral bonuses, are held for a short period before you can withdraw them. Your wallet shows what is available and what is on hold.
- Your wallet balance is money we owe you for work you've done. It isn't a bank account or savings product, and it doesn't earn interest.
- If we credit your wallet by mistake, or credit it for work later found to be fraudulent, we may correct your balance. Your wallet history always shows every change and the reason for it.
06Referrals
- Every member gets a personal referral link and code.
- When someone joins using your link or code and completes 1 approved task, you receive a referral bonus, currently up to GH₵ 1.00 depending on whether you and your friend used a promo code: only your friend used a promo code, GH₵ 0.50; you both used a promo code, GH₵ 1.00; otherwise no bonus. The bonus can be withdrawn straight away. If something about a sign-up needs checking (for example, accounts that signed up from the same network, or work flagged as rushed), we may hold the bonus until we have checked it, and take it back if the referral isn't genuine.
- Chain earnings: when someone you invited invites a friend of their own, and that friend completes the required tasks, you also receive a chain bonus, currently up to GH₵ 3.00 depending on whether you and that friend used a promo code: only that person used a promo code, GH₵ 1.00; you both used a promo code, GH₵ 3.00; otherwise no bonus. This goes one step only: you earn nothing from the people they invite. Chain bonuses follow the same hold.
- Promo codes are added on the Profile page after joining, at any time. If the friend adds one and their case pays more, you receive the difference, even if the bonus was already paid. If you add one, the higher amount applies only to friends who have not yet completed the required tasks. A bonus is never reduced because a code was added.
- The bonus amounts and the number of tasks are the ones in force on the day your friend joins. If we change them later, friends who have already joined keep the offer they joined under.
- Referral bonuses come out of our own fees. They are never taken from the person you invited, who earns exactly the same as everyone else. You earn nothing simply because someone signs up.
- Bonuses are paid from the fees we earn on completed work, so occasionally a bonus may be paid a little later, once there is enough approved work.
- Referring yourself, or anyone who isn't a real and separate person, isn't allowed. We may reverse bonuses gained this way.
- We may change the bonus amount or conditions for future referrals. Bonuses you have already earned won't be reduced, except in cases of fraud.
07Promo codes
- We sometimes offer promo codes, for example a welcome bonus. We never sell them, and a promo code is never needed to join or earn.
- Each code has its own conditions, such as an expiry date or a limit on how many people can use it. A welcome bonus is paid after your first approved task.
- You can use each code only once. Codes have no cash value until they're credited to your wallet.
08Withdrawals
- You can withdraw to an MTN MoMo, Telecel Cash or AT Money account registered in your own name. Each Mobile Money number can be linked to only one Fairfield account.
- Your wallet has two balances, withdrawn separately: task earnings (from tasks, and any welcome bonus) and referral earnings (referral bonuses, together with chain earnings). You choose how much to withdraw from each, and can have one withdrawal of each kind in progress at a time.
- Task earnings: the minimum withdrawal is currently GH₵ 50.00, and we pay them monthly, on the 5th. For 24 hours after your first task is approved, the minimum is only GH₵ 5.00, so your first task earnings can reach you quickly, together with any welcome bonus.
- Referral earnings: you can cash out once your referral bonuses alone reach GH₵ 168.00. Chain earnings are paid out with them but don't count towards that minimum. We pay them monthly, on the 28th.
- When you request a withdrawal, the amount is set aside from your balance straight away. We check requests and pay them in a batch on the payday, then email you with the payment reference.
- You add your Mobile Money number once, and you can't change it yourself. If you need to (for example, you lose the SIM), contact support: we'll check it's really you before changing it.
- For your security, withdrawals are paused for 48 hours after your Mobile Money details change, and we email you when they change.
- We may reject a withdrawal, for example if the name on the Mobile Money account doesn't match yours. If we do, the full amount goes straight back to your wallet.
- Please check your details carefully. We can't be responsible for money sent to a number you entered incorrectly.
- Each withdrawal has a GH₵ 1.00 Mobile Money transfer fee, which pays our payment provider to send it. It comes off the amount you withdraw, and we send you the rest; you see what you'll receive before you confirm. If the fee changes, we'll tell you before it applies, and withdrawals already asked for keep their fee. The final payout when you close your account has no fee.
09Your work and what clients receive
- When you submit a task, you give us and the client who ordered it permission to use your answers, recordings and photos for the purpose described in the task, for as long as they need them.
- Clients receive your submissions without your name, email address or phone number. They see only an anonymous ID.
- Only submit your own honest work. Don't copy answers, use someone else's photos, or submit AI-generated answers where a task asks for your own views.
- For photo tasks, photograph only what the task asks for, in places where you're allowed to take photos. Don't include people's faces, car number plates or other personal details unless the task asks for them and the people involved agree.
10Live chat forms and your consent
In live chat, our team may send you a short form to fill in, for example to look into a payment or update your details. Some forms have a box you tick to agree to something.
- Filling in a form is your choice. You can skip it, and our team will still help you in the chat where they can.
- When you tick a consent box and send the form, you confirm that you've read what it says and that you agree to it yourself, freely. The decision is yours alone: nobody can agree on your behalf, and you shouldn't agree for anyone else.
- Your consent covers only what that form describes, for that request. It doesn't change these terms or our privacy policy; where they differ, these terms and the privacy policy apply.
- Where you agree to us using your personal information, you can withdraw that at any time by telling us in the chat or emailing support@fairfieldgh.com. This doesn't undo anything we did with your agreement before you withdrew it.
- A form will never ask for your Mobile Money PIN, your password or the codes we email you, or ask you to pay anything. If one does, don't fill it in, and tell us at support@fairfieldgh.com.
11Fair play
To keep Fairfield fair for everyone and valuable for our clients, you must not:
- create or use more than one account, or use someone else's account;
- refer yourself or invent people to refer;
- give random, false or rushed answers, or use bots, scripts or other automated tools;
- submit photos that are fake, edited to mislead, or not taken as instructed;
- try to get around our security checks, limits or reviews;
- harass our staff, clients or other members, or use Fairfield for anything illegal.
12Suspension and closing accounts
- If we reasonably believe you've broken these terms, we may suspend or close your account. Where it's safe to do so, we'll tell you why.
- Earnings gained by breaking these terms (for example through fake accounts or fraudulent submissions) will be removed. Money you earned honestly will still be paid to you.
- You can close your account at any time by emailing support@fairfieldgh.com. We'll pay out your available balance to your Mobile Money account, even if it's below the usual minimum.
13Taxes and your status
You complete tasks as an independent person, not as our employee, agent or partner, and you choose which tasks to do and when. You're responsible for any tax that applies to what you earn.
14Our responsibilities and limits
- We work hard to keep Fairfield running smoothly, but we can't promise it will always be available or free of errors.
- We're not responsible for delays or failures caused by things outside our control, such as Mobile Money network outages, internet problems or power cuts.
- To the extent the law allows, our total responsibility to you is limited to the money owed to you in your Fairfield wallet.
- Nothing in these terms takes away rights you have under Ghanaian law that can't be excluded.
15Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as Fairfield grows. If we make an important change, we'll tell you by email or on the site at least 14 days before it takes effect. If you keep using Fairfield after that, the new terms apply. If you don't agree, you can close your account and withdraw your balance.
16Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana. If you have a complaint, please contact us first and we'll do our best to resolve it quickly and fairly. If we can't resolve it, either of us may take the matter to the courts of Ghana.
