“My sign-in code hasn't come”
- Wait a minute, then check Spam (and on Gmail, Promotions).
- Check the email address was typed correctly.
- Use Continue with Google instead: no code needed.
- After 5 codes in an hour, please wait before asking again.
“I was signed out”
That's normal after 7 days without using Fairfield. Sign in again: everything is still there.
“My task wasn't approved”
The reason is under the task in My submissions. If you think it's a mistake, tell us in .
“I can't withdraw”
- Task earnings need GH₵ 50.00; referral earnings need GH₵ 168.00 of referral bonuses (chain earnings don't count).
- You may already have a withdrawal of that kind in progress.
- If your MoMo number was changed recently, withdrawals open 48 hours later.
“Where is my money?”
Your Wallet history and Activity page show every step. A withdrawal is paid on the payday for its kind, and you get an email with the reference. If it says Paid but hasn't arrived within an hour, contact us with the reference.
“My referral bonus isn't there”
Your friend needs 1 approved task first, then the bonus is available straight away, or held until our team has checked it if something needs a look. Your Referrals page shows how far each friend has got.
